“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.”
– Mark Twain

Greetings and welcome to The Unconfined Life.  My wife Angela and I love to travel and share our experiences with other people.  The inspiration for the travel blog began as we were planning a trip to Iceland and Norway.  We found a severe lack of information for people like us; midlife couple, without kids, who enjoys traveling the world and discovering new friends, places, and fun.  We hope this blog can fill that gap and be helpful to other travels while still being fun.  We currently call San Diego home and will also contribute our favorite activities and secret places around the SoCal area.  If you're looking for tips on Seaworld, you likely won't find the answer here.  If you want to know about the hidden sea caves in the best California Burrito (It's at Lolitas), we've got you covered.  We will also write product reviews for things we think are of high quality and worthy of your hard earned dollars, mostly centralized around our hobbies.

Update -  We have recently purchased rental property in Vermont and have decided to start sharing information regarding the "Ins and Outs" of buying rental property as well as being a landlord on the other side of the country.
